We
happened to see it when we stopped by looking for a friend. They said it is 110
years old. Looking pretty good, all things considered.
When we
found the school of the friend we were looking for, I took a picture of some of
the classroom buildings (this seems to be pretty much what they all look like, a couple or so buildings like this comprise the school):
And also
the courtyard. Some of the students realized I was taking pictures and posed! It’s funny and kind of sad,
because they are intrigued by me, but a lot are also afraid of me (especially the youngest ones). I don’t think I’ve ever
had kids be afraid of me before, so that’s an adjustment.
